Making things safer for patients, staff and owners is our number one value here at HQ. Key safety tools include curbside check in with e-Lobby, drug accuracy with Patient Flow and communicating with clients through aftercare instructions, pre-appointment info on fasting and accurate medical records.
SPEED
Speed is the number one tool in your toolbox. The faster you are with check in, check out and surgery, the safer everyone is. STRESS REDUCTION
Reducing stress for patients is critical to positive patient outcomes. Lower stress levels also reduces errors and leads to happier patients, owners and staff. Stress reduction includes animal sedation and pain protocols (we support the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance drug protocols), curbside check in and check out and fear free animal handling.
CLIENT DIGNITY
We believe in providing the same level of service clients would experience in a traditional veterinarian’s office. This means providing information to clients before and after their pet’s appointment, not having to line up in a first come/first serve fashion, not having to fill out time consuming paperwork putting their animal’s health at risk.
SUSTAINABILITY
The sustainability of a clinic relies on the happiness of staff. If staff are not happy at work, they will not stay long. Job dissatisfaction can destabilize a clinic. We seek to create tools that make your employees lives easier in a hundred different ways.
